According to the mandatory regulation 1169/2011

Regulation (ΕU) 1169/2011 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AN THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL

in relation to providing information to consumers for food and food products of Oct 25, 2011, in relation with the regulations 1924/2006 and 1925/2006 and the abolition of directive 87/250, the directive 90/496, the directive 1991/10, and the directive 2000/13, the directive 2002/67 and the regulation 608/2004’

The laboratory has established a new team for the check and design of labels of related products to satisfy the above regulation.

For this reason the laboratory can check or design from scratch such labels for its customers.

In parallel the laboratory can establish, through analyses, all the relevant information to be put on the label. It is mandatory that the nutritional value and other information are to be on this label since December of 2015.
